The latest news from your Board of Directors at Meadow Stone Lodge OA:

Guest Rules are on the website on the “Members” page and will be emailed out to all members. We will also laminate a copy and put under your door so you can add to the back of your door or guest book. This is to help everyone from owners, owner guests, extended family and renters to raise awareness for a harmonious and respectful environment.

Hallway Items should be stored inside your home for fire code safety. We will be issuing notices to those who are leaving items out. If any items are still there after 24 hours, they will be taken to the garage and stored for a period of time. Please make sure your guests and renters understand the importance of this request. The HOA and management company have no liability for removal of items.

Kirkwood Mountain Security will be hired on a trial basis to monitor the property for any violations of our Guest Rules and/or complaints. There could be a $50 charge per Security Officer to the owner if needed.

Garage Rules are on the website on the “Members” page and will be emailed out to all members.

The next meeting will be April 20 at 4:00 pm

Sincerely,

Your Meadow Stone Lodge Board of Directors

Owners must store all equipment in their individual Unit or in their Owner lockers located in the Aspen building. Owners who rent their units must provide for adequate storage of their renters’ equipment inside the Owner’s Unit and make sure their guests and renters are aware of this rule.

Bikes

Bikes must be stored in the double entry bike racks or in HOA approved wall mounted racks at your designated parking space. No bikes are allowed in any other common areas. Owners must supply their own locking cable or chain.

Garage Area
