The Meadow Stone Lodge Board of Directors would like to thank all the members that have already mailed in their ballots for the special assessment.

Please remember the meeting and due date is August 11th at 5:00 p.m. Please mail right away if you have it sitting on your desk.

Please don’t forget we have our Annual Members meeting this Saturday, July 17 at 11:30 a.m. followed by a Board of Directors meeting.

The next scheduled meeting is Wednesday, August 11 at 5:00 p.m. to open and approve/disapprove the Special Assessment Ballots. Please remember to get your ballots mailed back as soon as possible.

Pyramid Peak Properties

On or around July 12, 2021, the Association will send you a “Ballot Packet” to vote on a special assessment.  Please note the following important information regarding that vote:

1. The ballots are to be returned by mail or handed to the Inspector of Election at the following address:

2. The initial balloting period is scheduled to end on August 11, 2021. That means that your ballot must be received by the Inspector of Election by that time/date.  (Note:  The balloting period may be extended to allow for additional solicitation of Members who have not yet cast a ballot.)
3. The meeting at which the ballots are scheduled to be counted will be held at 5:00 p.m. on August 11, 2021, via Zoom. The Zoom meeting ID information is on the Members page (Note:  If the balloting period is extended to allow for additional solicitation of Members who have not yet cast a ballot, the Board will provide notice of the date, time, and location of the rescheduled meeting at which the ballots will be counted.)

As the new budget is coming to you very soon, the Board of Directors has scheduled a Budget Information Meeting for the members on June 2, 2021 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. via Zoom.  This is an opportunity to ask questions and understand the new budget for 2021-2022 beginning July 1, 2021.

The Annual Members Meeting followed by a BOD Meeting will be on Saturday, July 17, 2021 beginning at 11:30 a.m. via Zoom.

A Candidate Solicitation Announcement and Notice of Desire to be a Candidate form has been added to the Members page of our website.

Each year there are either two or three seats available and if you are interested in being a candidate, please look at these documents and submit by April 15, 2021.
