Dear Homeowners, 
The Kirkwood Cross Country and Snowshoe Center, in an effort to improve safety and service for our guests, will be regularly monitoring the use of our trails, including the meadow in an effort to further improve the experience. One short section (South end) is open to hikers; all other meadow trails are not open to hikers at any time, Snowshoes or skis must always be worn. The hiking section ends where the snowmobile access trail intersects. In addition, dogs can only use the meadow trails. Please carry a doggy bag and remove any waste, doing so will help us preserve the beautiful area in which we recreate.
The Meadow is open to Season Pass holders with the XC upgrade, XC season pass holders, and KCA members. Anyone else using the groomed trails in the meadow must purchase a day pass at the XC center. KCA members must carry their KCA card when using the meadow. The trails in the meadow are not open to all homeowners. KCA members are included because the KCA covers their access fees. Kirkwood keeps the meadow groomed and available for use.
Upgrading your Kirkwood Season Pass is quite inexpensive, only $115 for season 20/21 and we always welcome seeing more people out on our trails. Also as many of you already know, the real magic of our trail system is on the other side of the highway, so we encourage you to come and experience what is one of the premier XC centers in the western United States. We have an amazing staff that is always looking forward to helping you make your XC adventure a reality.
